책소개

이 책은 호텔과 레스토랑에서 목적과 상황에 어울리는 영어를 구사할 수 있도록 초ㆍ중급자들을 위한 교재이다. 이 책은 각기 다른 상황에 맞게 짜여진 구문연습 등 실제 상황에서 쓸 수 있는 유용한 정보를 수록하고 있다.

실제 상황에서 사용될 표현들이 각 장마다 수록되어 기본적인 대화 능력과 호텔과 레스토랑에서 각기 적합한 표현들을 익힐 수 있도록 한다. Food Service, Beverage Services 등으로 나누어 각기 상황에 맞는 영어를 싣고 있다.

[Warm Up]에서는 학생들이 각자 주제에 맞게 창의적으로 써볼 수 있도록 하여, 호텔과 레스토랑 정책, 요령 등의 정보를 연습해 보도록 한다. [Dialogue]에서는 계속해서 반복하여, 주요 표현과 어휘를 집중적으로 익히고, 제시된 대화를 활용하여 다양한 표현들을 생각해본다. 그리고 [Pattern Practice][Key Words][Exercise] 등을 통해 실제 상황에서 활용가능한 표현들을 연습해 볼 수 있다.
